There are numerous high ropes courses in the Zillertal that provide a special adrenaline rush high up in the treetops.

The Zillertal is one of the largest and most beautiful flying areas in Europe. Flying enthusiasts glide down into the valley like eagles with experienced tandem pilots.

You can test your limits by abseiling over waterfalls and washed-out rocks along a gorge through crystal-clear water.

An extraordinary experience awaits you on a rafting trip. Water lovers will get their money's worth here, as the element of water can be experienced in all its facets.

The Spannagel Cave is the largest natural stone cave in the Central Alps. In addition to the normal year-round guided tours, you can also explore the natural monument on a sporty trekking tour. In underground cave passages, which are otherwise reserved for speleologists, you can marvel at the breathtaking marble stratification, stalactites and crystals.

At the valley station of the 10-seater cable car in Finkenberg, a pump track with bends and waves provides fun for BMX riders, mountain bikers, longboard riders and scooter fans. You can also let off steam on a balance bike or inline skates.

Anyone who masters the three-rope span over the large "Kaunzbucht" on the Spieljoch is definitely a balancing artist. Of course, you don't balance freely over the sagging rope, but are well secured.

In Gerlosstein, the Arena Skyliner and the Flying Fox Riederklamm take daredevils to lofty heights. Various zip lines take you down over gorges and beautiful mountain landscapes at speeds of up to 50 km/h.

Seven courses await all ages at the Zillertal-Kaltenbach Adventure Park. You can go from tree to tree and from ravine to ravine on Flying Fox courses of different lengths. The mouse course is suitable for children aged three and over. The Xtrem waterfall course is only accessible by appointment. All other courses can be mastered independently after a training session.
