Challenging mountain bike highlight via the Geolsalm to the Gartalm, where you can enjoy delicious home cooking. Bruno "The Bear" passed by here on his tour through Tyrol and a life-size wooden figure has been erected in his memory. This medium-difficulty tour starts over the Pankrazberg, leads to the Kohleralm, past the Spieljochbahn mountain station to the Geolsalm and Gartalm. We initially take the same route back, but then turn off to Fügenberg and cycle back to the hotel via Fügen and Uderns.

This difficult tour requires a very good level of fitness and advanced riding technique. It first goes via Kaltenbach to Stumm, then begins the ascent to the Ahrnbach waterfall and on to the Kapaunsalm. Passing the Kreuzjochhütte, we climb the Übergangsjoch at 2502m. This is followed by a brutal descent over rocks and scree towards Langsee and Isskogel. A refreshment stop at the Latschenalm provides new strength. We continue on panoramic trail no. 443 to the Kreuzwiesenalm and on to the Enzianhof. We take the Wiesenalm single trail (2025 closed) down into the valley and cycle along the Zillerradweg to Aschau. Here we change to the other side of the Ziller and stay on the old Zillertal road to the hotel.

This tour takes the whole day on a racing bike. First we cycle into the valley to Zell am Ziller and over the Gerlos Pass to Mittersill. Via Jochberg, Pass Thurn and Kitzbühel we cycle through the beautiful Brixental valley. Our tour continues to Wörgl and from there via the Inn cycle path and the Ziller cycle path back to the hotel.

We ride along the Finsinggrund forest trail to Hochfügen and on to the Loaser Sattel, followed by a cool singletrail, then over the Plumpmoos and the Lackenhütte. Very good riding technique is essential. Descend via the Fügenberg, the center of Fügen, Uderns back to the hotel. The tour can also be done the other way round using the Spieljochbahn as a starting point.

This medium-difficulty mountain bike tour requires good basic fitness and riding technique. The tour leads along the Ziller cycle path to Mayhofen and then simply follow the signs to Schlegeisspeicher.

A difficult but super beautiful tour through the Märzengrund up towards Hamberg via the Obweinalm and Hochstadlalm. This is followed by a section of pushing. Alternatively, the Hamberg can be climbed on foot via the hiking trail. At the end, beware of the steep climb through rocks to the summit of the Hamberg. The view is worth it. Then descend towards Gasthof Almluft, down the Gattererberg and back to Ried. This tour can be ridden on both sides.
We start our mountain tour in Ried on the Zillertaller cycle path and after 1.4 kilometers we turn right onto the Riederberg route, as there is little traffic until the toll booth. From the toll station it gets really difficult as the next 4.5 kilometers to the Kaltenbacherhütte have a gradient of between 17 and %. Then it goes downhill and you can recover before it goes up to the Hirschbichlalm at 1840 meters. It goes down again before the last ascents (12-18%) to Melchboden follow. Now you have finally made it and there is a 14 km long descent to Hippach and from there you take the Zillertal cycle path back to the starting point in Ried.

Easy flow trail in the Gerlos bike park from the Isskogelbahn mountain station to the valley station. At first, the route meanders across gentle meadows along the deserted ski slope. Then it goes through sparse forest and finally over some wooden elements. The Rössl Alm offers a refreshment stop about halfway along the route. Then over gentle undulations and later a rather rough and natural trail into the valley.
The Kerschbaumer Sattel is the transition from the Alpbachtal (Hygna) to the Zillertal (Bruckerberg) or vice versa. Beautiful views of the Zillertal, Rofan and Karwendel.
This tour starts right at the old Ahornbahn valley station with a selective ascent. Via Oberkumbichl, you pass the toll booth and take the road into the Stillupgrund. After the first few kilometers, you reach the Lacknerbrunn inn. The route continues uphill past several alpine inns with short flat sections to the foot of the dam. A short tunnel takes you to the Wasserfall inn. From here, only shuttle buses and mountain farmers are to be expected, as the road is completely closed to public traffic. What follows is a long flat section past the reservoir to the mouth of the stream. After a short climb, another flat section awaits. This takes you past the next inn before the final ascent to the Grüne Wand Hütte or to the Kasseler Hütte materials cable car. The last few minutes of this section are very challenging as it is particularly steep.
From Fügen, you start out of the valley in a south-westerly direction from the village, cycle on a moderate incline across the fields between Fügen and Uderns and then along the picturesque church of St. Pankraz to the entrance of the Finsinggrund. Cycle a few bends on the road towards Kupfnerberg before reaching the forest path that leads into the Finsinggrund. You now cycle in a south-westerly direction through steep, shady forests, mostly high above the Finsingbach stream.
When you get on the saddle in the Zillertal, it doesn't always have to be steep uphill. The cycle and bike trail network offers the right route for everyone.
