Cancellation and insurance information

It's not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked vacation has to be canceled or cut short prematurely.
If you are unable to travel for personal reasons, we will be happy to postpone your vacation within the next 12 months, subject to availability.
Unless otherwise specified, we apply the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry § 5 of the AFBH 2006.

Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
3 months to 1 week before arrival, 40 % (also deposit) must be paid.
If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the tour price is due.
1 day before arrival 90% and in case of no-show or early departure 100% of the tour price will be charged.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. We therefore recommend that you contact the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (incl. accident benefits) insurance. You can take out insurance directly from the European Travel Insurance conclude.
